How do we get quotation from ALP?
Ans. We have local distributors in each country in the world.
Please contact us. overseas-sales@alpco.co.jp We will introduce you our local distributor.
We are using ALP autoclave, how can we get a quotation of spare parts?
Ans. First of all, please send us ” Customer’s registration & Questionnaire” which was included in the autoclave main body at the time of purchase.
You can download it in MS-Word format if you don’t have it. (Click on the icon below to download)
We will offer you requested spare parts through our local distributors.
We are an importer of laboratory and /or medical equipment. Can we distribute your products?
Ans. Most of our distributors are non-exclusive ones. Therefore we can offer you as long as there is no conflict with our existing distributors in your country for the same end user.
