One-action safety interlock lid
One-action safety interlock lid which enable to lock/unlock and easy opening / closing the lid.
Due to the auto hinge balance mechanism, the lid can stop at any position to avoid finger from pinching.
Double interlock system
It is a mechanism that detects the temperature and prevents the lid from opening until the temperature drops to a safe level during and after operation. Safety is confirmed by double detection with a switch that detects that the mechanism is in a safe position during operation and a confirmation switch of the lock device itself.
A display that lets you see progress at a glance
The indicator bar and characters show the ongoing process. The setting process is shown during the setting.

A water cooling system not emit steam indoors
A water cooling system that prevents exhausted steam from going outside is installed in the autoclave. It enables let steam to change the water.
Water drip is contained in the exhaust bottle in front of the autoclave then easy drainage.
Large diameter of φ400mm
CL-40M/L type uses a large-diameter Φ40cm chamber, giving it an outstanding capacity. Enable to sterilize the long instrument, large amount of medical waste.
Sterilization temperature at 135℃ is enable
Sterilization at 135℃ for 3-4 minutes, which is required at medical sites, is possible. The temperature can be set in increments of 1℃ and the time in 1 minute increments.
Temperature control by floating sensor * Cannot be retrofitted
Mount floating sensor in chamber then set or insert it near / in the object.
The timer starts after reaching the set temperature of the object. It is indispensable for the object which takes long steam penetration and temperature rise.
( Cannot be retrofitted. You have to order at the time of autoclave main body)
