Large capacity but space saving
KMD-HM and 120HL model are the Space-efficient vertical model with 300L-480L large capacity which enables the room can be effectively and rationally laid out.
KMD-100 and 120 are 420L-648L capacity models having side panel and center pillar-less which makes easy handling.
Max. Temperature 260℃, Natural convection / Hot air circulation
The maximum temperature can be set up to 260°C, making it ideal for inactivating endotoxin adhered to instruments.
Both models have an intermediate ventilation tank outside the inner tank to promote convection in the inner tank and improve temperature distribution.
In addition, the KMD-100F/-120F models use a hot air circulation system with a fan motor to further improve temperature distribution, and are equipped with efficient drying and exhaust functions.
Constant value / Time control and Program operation
Not only Constant value / Time control and Program operation, a program function that sets the temperature and time in up to 8 steps, it can be used for multiple purposes such as programmed operation and repeated operation.
Safety devices
The overheat prevention device has a double circuit that automatically sets the operating temperature to +10°C and an independent dial-type temperature controller that sets the operating temperature to +30°C to +50°C. In addition, it is equipped with temperature set value upper limit setting, heater disconnection alarm, sensor disconnection alarm, earth leakage breaker and motor overload safety device (-F type only).
